Once a doctor has reviewed your test results, you can view them:
in your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
in your Systemonline Airmid account
phone or visit us between 2pm to 4pm and we will tell you what the results are

Questions about your results
If you want to talk to someone about your results, please make an appointment with the GP or Nurse Practitioner.
If you’ve been off sick for more than 7 days.
To request a sick note please contact the surgery to make an appointment by either calling the surgery on 01207 520877 or completing an e consult.

If you’ve been off sick for 7 days or less
If you’re off work sick for 7 days or less, your employer should not ask for medical evidence that you’ve been ill. Instead, they can ask you to confirm that you’ve been ill. You can do this by filling in a form yourself when you return to work. We call this self-certification.

Find out more about sick notes on the NHS website.
